Did you know the Village of Chester was founded in the mid-1850’s by Charles Stebbins and Joseph Snead? If Mr. Stebbins and Mr. Snead happened to visit Chester today, think of how proud they would be that their little town has become such a thriving community!
As Manager of Village Bank’s Chester branch, I am honored to serve as this year’s President of the Chester Business Association. The CBA is growing along with the Chester retail community. We believe in supporting our neighbors by shopping locally and making a difference in the community in which we live and work.
