Jennifer started working in the real estate industry as an assistant at a real estate firm in 1995, when she was still in high school. While attending college at Virginia Commonwealth University, she accepted a position as a property manager at a luxury apartment complex. After graduating with a degree in Mass Communication/ Advertising, Jennifer attended real estate school and became a licensed agent in 2002. Her success as a REALTOR® exceeded her wildest dreams. She has maintained a status as a top producer, has received numerous sales awards and special recognition awards from her local association of realtors.

The firm she was working with promoted her to a position as the sales manager and later promoted her again to serve as the firm’s principal broker. After several years in those roles, she found a new side of the business that she absolutely loved and she started to set her sights on opening a firm of her own. In 2015, Front Door Realty Group was born. Jennifer knows that the success of her firm “hinges” on the quality of service they provide.
