Sibley’s BBQ was opened up on April 7, 2000 with the intentions of serving the Chester, VA and surrounding area with the best BBQ and southern cooking one could ask for at a great price. We’ve used everything from family recipes that have been handed down for years to concocting our own BBQ sauces simply by taste.
